Corporation and Business Rights

Corporations and businesses are nothing more than collections of individuals that have pooled their money and talents to accomplish a task and provide a service or product.  As such corporations and businesses are subject to the same laws and the same liberties that govern individuals including having constitutional rights equivalent to any individual citizen of this nation.  To deny this would be to deny the individuals of the business or corporate entity their own rights by default simply based on their association with the enterprise.

This means that any business entity has the right to free speech, the right to keep and bear arms, the right to private property, the right to a trial by jury, etc. all of which our laws have readily and correctly asserted since the founding of this nation.  Any attempt to change this would be unconstitutional and against the principles of liberty.
