Another “Official” Non-Hate Crime Hate Crime In Philly

When are “hate crimes” not “hate crimes”? When the perp is of the wrong race of course. Three black teens in Philadelphia shouted racial slurs as they a assaulted a white man in a cab. But even though these were the facts, the DA is turning a blind eye to the obvious “hate crime” that was committed.
