President Obama and the Democrat controlled Senate insist on a foolish two month extension that would cause all sorts of book keeping issues for individuals and businesses if in February the federal governmet could not get the deal extended again. Could you imagine how people with variable incomes would have to do one calculation for their incomes in January and February and another for March through December when it comes time to do their 2012 taxes because the rates were different for two month out of the year?
