Liberty Reborn

Here in Pennsylvania we are getting ready to elect a new governor. Our current governor, Ed Rendell, is term limited out. Although rumors are that he will have a nice cushy job in President Obama’s Administration waiting for him at the end of his reign which has seen Pennsylvania continue to lumber along without much progress. The only saving graces for the Commonwealth have been the high taxes in New York and New Jersey have made even Pennsylvania look good to people in those areas and that the Marcellus Shale formation has been able to help boost our economy from complete disaster. None of these things of course are Ed Rendell’s doing.

Joe Sestak is pretty much your typical moonbat liberal. If a bill regulates something and acts beyond the Constitutional powers granted to Congress he is pretty much for said bill. Mr. Sestak, a current Congressman for Pennsylvania, is trying hard to gain the Senate seat held currently by Snarlin Arlen Specter the Defector who has being sent into forced retirement come next year.

Charlie Crist, who swore up and down that he would not run as an independent if Republicans rejected him during the primary, is of course now running as an “independent”. Crist only made the promise he did because he did not believe the polls showing him losing to Marco Rubio. Of course once he did lose to Rubio everything changed and off went Crist to do what he would not do by his own words.

When is it ok to be a Klansman and help promote racism? According to Bill Clinton, when one is trying to get elected as a Democrat. Speaking about White Sheets Byrd, Clinton tried to continue to white wash Robert Byrd’s association with the Klan saying, no joke, “He once had a fleeting association with the Ku Klux Klan, what does that mean? I’ll tell you what it means. He was a country boy from the hills and hollows from West Virginia. He was trying to get elected.”

Liberals are so desperate. And the HLIC (Head Liberal In Charge), President Obama, is no different. They are out there telling us how the great panic, which they caused through heavy handed bank regulations that forced money to go where money did not want to go and for good reason, which has now transformed into [...]

I have a warning to the voters of America related to this November’s elections. That message is beware the Democrat in Conservative clothing. Electing them thinking you that are going to get a real conservative who is going to stand up for America, limited government and the like makes you a fool.

Senator Arlen Specter has been hoping for months that as the days rolled on his polls in a head-to-head matchup against likely GOP challenger Pat Toomey would improve. He has had no such luck and if you need a sign that simply passing Obamacare would bolster liberals in the polls would not do them any favors it is shown by the latest Rasmussen Poll.

Byron York reports that the House Democrats are opting to not use the “Deem & Pass” maneuver liberals have been trying to use to sneak through the Senate version of Obamacare. Apparently this goes along the lines of what I have been saying in that the Democrats simply do not have the votes to accomplish such a plan.

President Obama is being snubbed by the officers he said, “acted stupidly,” for daring to question a man struggling to open a door in Cambridge, Massachusetts. That man, a fellow radical friend of Obama and Harvard Professor, then proceeded to berate the officer simply trying to make sure that he was the actual resident of the house. Professor Gates, acted like a whole ass, was arrested for acting in such a manner and being belligerent and when President Obama was asked to comment he uttered that famous phrase before he knew the facts of the matter.

With the showdown in Massachusetts less than a week away and Democrats posting nowhere near the poll numbers they should in such a heavily liberal and deep blue state, the race for the Pennsylvania Senate seat currently held by Arlen Specter is on the back burner. But it is not forgotten.
