President Obama is a moron. Sorry, there just is no disputing that statement. In last night’s State of the Union Address the President bumbled and stumbled through what was essentially nonsensical gobbledegook. One such piece of idiocy is his proposal to allow home owners to refinance their mortgages to lower rates … oh … wait homeowners can already do that! So why would Obama propose it as though it is something new?
Well, he needs something … anything. Because he’s got nothing. His plan would make the banks pay for the refinancing costs rather than the homeowner because he cannot let people pay their own bills after all.
Last time President Obama meddled in the mortgage market and tried to give homeowners who were underwater in their mortgages relief, underwater I might add because of government meddling in the housing market in the first place, it was a disaster. Very few people took advantage and even qualified and the government, like the inefficient leviathan it is, was slow to process the requests. So now Obama is back to do more of the same ostensibly because he has not done enough meddling yet and just a little more meddling will fix the problem. But in actuality it is because he doesn’t have a clue what to do and needs to buy votes for the upcoming election from people looking for all that Obama Money they never got but eagerly expected.
Hey Mr. Obama, you ever consider NOT mucking around with the economy and letting freedom take hold? No, of course not. You’re just another in a long line of know-nothing Marxists who thinks you have all the answers you don’t really have.
