NRA Sends A Hack On The Attack

Well my articles taking on the NRA have attracted, like I predicted, hate mail from people. Yes, I dare to tackle the NRA trying to shove a load of crap down our throats about Harry Reid and this is to be expected. Continue reading

The Obama Touch Coming To Pennsylvania

In a day and age when Democrat candidates are trying to distance themselves from President Obama’s failed policies of bigger, badder government the Teleprompter Reader in Chief is wading into the Pennsylvania Senate Race. So reports Melanie Schuman at FOXNews.com. On September 20th President Obama will be in the state stumping for Joe Sestak who has for at least several weeks been trying to run anti-Toomey ads to gain ground in the Commonwealth. It hasn’t worked thus far with Pat Toomey (R) maintaining a lead and Sestak gaining little ground. Even the DSCC has been running anti-Toomey ads and nothing has budged. Continue reading

LibertyReborn.com 2.0 Launches

It has taken some time, but I have finallygotten Liberty Reborn to version 2.0. Unfortunately I do my own website design and don’t have the bookoo bucks to hire a professional web designer so I only work on it in my free time. And why hire someone to do something that I know how to do anyway? Continue reading

71% Of Americans Are Not Using The Brains God Gave A Turnip

Most of the time Americans make me proud. But it is times like this were I just want to find the whole lot of you and give you a good throttling. Ok, maybe not the whole lot of you but definitely the majority. Continue reading

Another Dead Cat Bounce For Obama

President Obama, whose Presidential Approval Index is regularly hovering around -20, got another bounce that has faded. The recent bounce came with the President announcing the end of combat operations in Iraq … well sort of. Actually there are still combat troops in Iraq and they will be used in combat operations but they are now just officially called “advisers” and for “support”. It is sort of like saying that grandma, laying in her casket, isn’t really dead … she’s just taking an eternal sleep. Continue reading

Unemployment Rate Raises To 9.6%

With the government laying off Census workers the August unemployment rate went from 9.5% to 9.6%. How did the Department of Labor report this? With a cute little piece of obfuscation saying the, ”unemployment rate was about unchanged,” in their news release on the issue. Read it here ( http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm ) I guess that is bureaucrat talk for things got worse but not that much worse so ignore that things got worse, huh? Continue reading

Tea Party Movement Tames The NRA

The National Rifle Association has learned a powerful lesson. That lesson is that they are not the all powerful group they thought they were whose members jump at their mere request. Whether or not they will retain this lesson for use in the future however? That will remain to be seen. Continue reading

It was official yesterday, Lisa Murkowski has conceded the GOP primary for the nomination to run for the U.S. Senate to Joe Miller.  Murkowski was on a fools errand waiting for the absentee and disputed ballots to be counted. Continue reading

Let’s See If I Get A Response

For the better part of the past four months I have been regularly receiving random emails from candidates around the country. These candidates are sending me links to their websites, press releases and other assorted emails, I suppose, looking for publicity. Continue reading

Another Dumb Turd That Has Floated To The Top of the Bowl

Bill Gross who, “runs the world’s biggest bond fund at Pacific Investment Management Co.” (source: Bloomberg) is a prime example of a floating turd. We have all experienced these little nuisances in out toilet, they just sit there on top and drift around the rim giving off a foul stench. They are useless and just annoying and they make us crin Continue reading
