Yesterday I predicted that Murkowski, who is still trying to portray herself as something other than a supporter of big and unconstitutional government, would fend off Joe Miller in the GOP Primary. The last data I saw had Miller trailing by 4 points which was a huge comeback from where he had been. I predicted that it was not enough coming far too late. I did not predict a blowout or an easy win for Murkowski like so many others were, I just predicted that the surge would be not enough.
Well, Alaska you may be getting ready to prove me wrong. And I hope guys and gals you are. With 77% of the precincts reporting Joe Miller is leading the RINO Murkowski much to the dismay of the mainstream media, liberals and “moderate” (aka socialists who just don’t want to join the Democratic Party for some strange reason and be with their fellow travelers).
Fox News Reports:
Miller -44,586 (52%)
Murkowski – 41,590 (48%)
It is close and not a safe 4% point lead but it all depends on where those last 23% of districts are and how big they are. Probably in a place like Alaska they are smaller, rural communities and that does actually bode well for Miller if true.
Watch and wait. The media and the left may have prematurely, again, proclaimed the Tea Party irrelevant and done so based on a premonition of an election that is not turning out the way they thought it would.
