How Far Off Can The Forecasters Be And How Often?
It has been a long, cold March here in Pittsburgh, PA. It has been so cold that this year I have not been able to take my motorcycle to work comfortably yet. Yeah, I could ride but hoping on the motorcycle at 6:15 in the morning when the temperature is already just barely above freezing would be quite a bit uncomfortable.
