» Madoff Gets 150 Years While Violent Thugs Get Less

Yes, the whole sordid affair of Bernie Madoff is finally coming to a close. But the shattered lives he left in his wake will long bear the scars of their encounter with a man whose lust for power knows no bounds. Of course one must still question the intelligence of anyone that believed his claims of guaranteed returns despite market ups and downs. In the end Madoff, 71, gets 150 years which, judging by how our judicial system works, means he will be eligible to get out of prison some time just before Thanksgiving to partake of juicy some turkey.

» Obama “Deeply Concerned” Over Ousted Honduras Thug WTF!

President Barack Obama has a serial pattern of who he supports and who he condemns. In Iran, he initially tried to take credit for the happenings there as some great uprising and experiment in Democracy only to back track as it appeared as through the current regime of Mahmoud I-Need-A-Jihad stole an election and the government cracked down on anyone that dared protest. Then he became troubled and concern. Result, Obama stood with a dictatorial regime and against those that at least were trying to better their lots in life.

» Obama Eligibility Case May Have Found Judge Not Willing To Punt

The case of President Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as President rolls on. While most of the cases have been essentially thrown out over vacuous claims such as lack of jurisdiction (even though the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over “all Cases, in Law and Equity arising under [the] Constitution” (Article III, Section 2), and the eligibility requirements are definitely “under” the Constitution being in them, to claims that American citizens have no standing before the court to make sure that the Constitution is upheld. The argument has also been made by states that they have no authority to check the eligibility of candidates even though several times in the past candidates have had their eligibility checked only to find out that they were not eligible and then removed from the ballot.

» Monica Conyers Off To Jail

Monica Conyers, wife of House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), and the chairwoman of the Detroit City Council (if you can believe that stupidity) would be more at home in a 3rd world banana republic than in these United States. Of course she is in Detroit so that is about as close as you can get to such here in the civilized world.

» Obama Is 95% Cured Of Something For Sure!

President Barack Obama, answering queries about his signing of a law giving Congress unconstitutional power to regulate the tobacco industry, proclaimed himself a 95% cured smoker. What this means is anyone’s guess as the vilification of tobacco and people who exert their God given liberties and choose to smoke rolls on.

» House Again Passes Bill They Did Not Read! This Time Cap And Trade!

If ever there was a reason to throw the bums out of Congress from Nancy Pelosi on down it is because they repeatedly vote on legislation that they do not read! It happened with TARP and now it has happened again on the Global Warming/Cap And Trade bill that was just passed tonight despite the fact that human made CO2 (which the bill regulates among other things) is well proven to not be causing global warming.

» Clarence Thomas May Be The Smartest Person On Supreme Court

For years I have said that Justice Clarence Thomas is perhaps one of the finest legal minds in the world. Sure, I have disagreed with him at times on what I think are clear cut errors on his part, but by enlarge he is right on and his opinions are intelligent unlike those of some other Justices by the names of Ginsberg, Souter, Kennedy, etc. And he has shown it again in a case that you have to be careful with not to overreact to based on what you think at first.

» Obama Came And Few Seemed To Care

President Barack Obama thought that by getting himself an infomercial on ABC for his plans to further act beyond the authority of the Constitution and socialize health care in America he would have a captive audience. But his appearance garnered less attention than other network shows in the 10 PM hour, one of which was a CSI repeat! The report is not all too flattering for a White House that is trying to push its plans to further ruin America and destroy liberty even on the heals of a stacked New York Times poll that way over sampled Obamatons to try and show overwhelming support for the President’s plans.

» Barney Frank Wants To Go Back To The Problems Of The Past

Try as hard as he might to deny it, Representative Barney Frank was part of the problem that lead to the collapse of the lending system in the United States. We all by now are painfully aware of how Frank (and other liberals) defending Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from criticism of loose lending standards claiming that the two organizations were sound only to watch them come crashing down as those loose lending standards came back to bite them in the ass. Well, now we are back to the past as Barney Frank wants these institutions, which recently tightened up standards in the wake of the housing collapse, to loosen standards again.
