» No Floor Vote At Democratic Party Convention?

Something is scaring the Democrats. After agreeing to a role-call vote at the convention and having Hillary Clinton’s name put on the ballot, it looks like organizers are having second thoughts. Perhaps they are concerned that things will not go off as smoothly as they had hoped and that Hillary Clinton supporters will not go quietly into the night.

Obama announced that Joe Biden was to be his running mate and the result is … no bounce. The Democratic Party nomination convention opens and the result is … no bounce. Gallup reports that the race for the Presidency is has taken a turn for the worse as far as Obama is concerned because by their polling McCain now leads by 2%; 46% to 44%.
