Baseless charges have been filed against Google in Italy because of a video posted on a third party site that showed idiotic teens taunting a disabled peer even though once Google became aware of the video it acted to remove it.

The LA Times, which has had no qualms about publishing rumors in the past has apparently decided that reports by the National Enquirer of John Edwards (known affectionately by Rush Limbaugh as the Breck Girl) having an extramarital affair on his cancer riddled wife is not to be discussed.
