The man made Global Warming moonbats are not going away. They don’t care about the facts. The story about how we are all going to die in a massive ball of fire is just too damn useful to further their means of controlling people.
Liberals have often been caught assaulting private property and they are at it again:
First it was a proposed ban on plastic bags.
Now, a member of the influential Madison Plan Commission wants to ban the restaurant drive-through — or at least restrict the ubiquitous symbol of America’s auto-centric lifestyle.
“Given the concern about all the carbon going into the atmosphere, I’m not sure we should be building more places for people to sit idling in their cars,” says Eric Sundquist, who was appointed to the citizen panel by Mayor Dave Cieslewicz this spring.
Ok then, by this “logic” we should ban people from driving during rush hour anywhere where they have to sit in traffic “idling” their cars. Can you imagine this? “Hey, sorry, you can’t go to work today because traffic is too bad and the government says you will pollute too much!” Of course the option would be to alter your route, go 30 miles out of your way, burn an extra gallon of gasoline, leave an hour earlier in the morning and get home an hour later at night … but hey you will get around the government ban on “idling” your car!
So what if you are inconvenienced. So what if you burn more fuel. So what if you have less time to spend with your family.
Just silly talk on my part? Ha! You don’t know these leftists very well do you?
