Generic Ballot: Dems Flat, Reps Gaining

The “Generic Ballot” question has always bothered me. If you don’t know what a “generic ballot” poll is, it is where people are asked basically which party they will tend to support in the election without a candidate’s name attached. Gore Still Peddling Snake Oil – Sounds More And More Nutty

Al Gore and his followers, as we all know, are wedded to the idea that man is causing the Earth to warn at an alarming rate and that if we don’t do something, and do it right now, then we are all doomed. Haven’t we been down this road enough times already to know that it is a dead end? Continue reading

“Middleclassness” Bad “Richness” Good

Barack Obama’s pastor, excuse me “former” pastor – like that makes a difference, the hate spewing Reverend Jeremiah Wright has made a career of telling his congregation to avoid “middleclassness” as well as preaching to them from the pulpit about the superiority of being “black” and embracing “black” values above other values. Because, as we all know, “blacks” are superior. Right? Continue reading

Grab Your Wallets! Here Come the Liberals!

And as we all know consumption drives the economy and the economy must be made to suffer so liberals can convince you that captalism and liberty doesn’t work. Continue reading

Anti-Smokers Wage War Against Private Property In Pennsylvania

Recently here in Pennsylvania the anti-smokers have been on the march waging their usual campaign against private property rights. On radio they have been running ads featuring two fictitious anti-smokers sitting in a restaurant having a nice chat, ordering waffles and bemoaning how they like the food but hate the evil, vile, disgusting smokers that the owners have the gall to allow in the restaurant and breathe the same air as they are. They then revert to the typical canard of the government should “do something”. Continue reading
