» If Santorum Is “Conservative” We’re In Trouble

In a world where icons and pundits of the modern conservative movement rail against any conservative that would dare think for one second to criticize candidates who have an “R” next to their names because of the fear of liberals taking power it certainly is not popular to suggest what amounts to heresy. I know I am about to say something dangerous. I am about to go against common wisdom if you can call it “wisdom” and point out how non-conservative a prominent “conservative“ really is.

» America Is A “Free Speech Zone”

Sometimes it amazes me how often that regardless of whatever article I have written for a given week, by Tuesday or Wednesday I find something else that causes me to rush back to my keyboard and pound out something new. I guess I should be thankful for the plethora of idiocy that exists in the world because I could easily go on vacation for the next three months and still have articles to send out to publishers each week just from my existing backlog.

» Mark Foley Should Ask to Amend His Disclosures

I feel compelled to make it known that this piece is not meant to excuse Congressman Mark Foley. I have to say that because I know that somewhere some liberal is going to try to claim that the words that follow are somehow meant to do just that. It doesn’t matter how many times I bluntly say that Foley is correctly out of Congress and that he is “scum” and that if he committed a crime and he ever harmed a child under his care he should be thrown into jail for a long time and the key “lost“. Some moonbat somewhere always seems to ignore that and will go straight into their standard issue talking points.

» Shock and Confuse

Mark Foley is a name on the lips of many these days; mine included. It’s amazing actually. Conservative, Republicans, Liberals and Democrats are all appalled. This is the sort of unity that does not happen all that often on Capitol Hill and from sea to shining sea across the fruited plain. The problem is that while all sides are outraged and united in their outrage, they are outraged for different reasons.
